Round UP! SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE.

Hey friends,

Given I fail epically at blogging with any sembalance of regularity - I'm just going to share a few things on the site for you all.

HR King - Just Say

Firstly, HR King's - Just Say. I had a friend recommend this to me - My thoughts were summarised as follows: "HOLY FUCKING GOD. THIS IS EPIC! In my head I had like a rootsy/bluesy thing. SO WRONG! THIS IS AMAZING. ♥ Epic chorus, amazing beat, very Eurovision. LOVE IT!". That probably sums things up really well :P I don't know a lot about him - Anybody?

Radio Ink - Rocket

My equal favourite up-and-coming Australian band (with Mojada :P) Radio Ink are back with a BLISTERING new single and video. Rocking a Gwen Stefani look, and a synthy 80's inspired indie-pop track, this is a brilliant new piece, available on iTunes now. Much <3

Katy Perry Feat. Missy Elliot

A fun update of the song, with a brand new intro and feature. It's not a huge change, but it's good nonetheless. I do enjoy. Available on iTunes here.

Neil Sullivan - Till There's Nothing Left

One of pop music's single greatest up and coming artists, Neil Sullivan, has just released his follow up to the absolutely epic piece of pure dance-pop perfection that is Building An Army, with the show-stopping, lifechangingly amazing track that is Till There's Nothing Left. I'm going to measure the upcoming Darren Hayes and Will Young albums to this standard. SO EPIC. Just a gorgeous sound, amazing vibe, just perfect. Free download on the link above, or here.

Tim Blaine - You Can't Go Back

Aside from being absolutely gorgeous, and a total sweetheart with gorgeous handwriting, Tim Blaine makes amazing music. And I mean amazing. Recently released, his brand new album You Can't Go Back is a bit of singer-songwriter folk-tinged pop with an amazing vibe. A flawless vocal and just amazing vibe. Impossible to describe, but Tim's delivered a flawless collection of tracks here. I've got his video for the amazing piece Magnetic above, which is just touchingly beautiful, head to http://www.timblane.com/ for more info. I CAN NOT URGE YOU GIVE THIS ENOUGH OF A LISTEN. I do love the title track's chorus so much too.

Michael Hensley

More of just a heads-up, Michael Hensley is very lovely, and an up and coming electro pop artist from Boston who's made some fantastic music of his available on his SoundClound page (widget above). I'm crushing hard on the electro-pop beat and bassline of You Don't Own Me a lot at the moment. Thumping stuff with an amazing sound. I love it. DEFINITELY one to recommend, and it's three free downloads - How could you not? Head to http://www.michael-hensley.com/ for more info.

Mark Radcliffe - The Sea Before Us

Similar in vein to the work of Tim Blaine and Lana Grant, who i'll talk about later...Mark Radcliffe makes awesome guitar/piano singer-songwriter pop with a gorgeous vocal, amazing lyric, fantastically touching sound that's just impossible to describe. Head on over to http://markradcliffe.net/ for more information - but his work, exemplified in the above making of video which should give you a chance. Touching, soulful, epic..Highly recommended

Straight Up! - Show The World Tonight:

I honestly can't tell you how much I adore the sexy boys from Straight Up enough. I think pretty much everything they put their name to is bound to be epic, fun, sexy and just very very fantastic. Show The World Tonight is no different. A darker, synthy, thumpy number with a GORGEOUS chorus - Impossible to go past. The best part? It's the Stockholm Pride 2011 Track. So much love. More information at  www.straightup.se

Lana Grant - Non-Fiction

Back to the singer-songwriters, Lana Grant is the absolutely gorgeous independent singer-songwriter, who aside from taking amazingly gorgeous marketing photos makes some amazing music. Aftermath is one of the show-pieces of the new album, Non Fiction, and it's hard to get past. Have a look at the live video above and tell me the girl isn't one impressive songstress. Amazing vocal - Cross Elouise with Celine Dion. SO much epic work that's just gorgeous. Head to http://www.lanagrant.com/ for more information.

Boy Banned - Summer Rain:

And last but not least, an amazing track from the boys of Boy Banned, one of the greatest up and coming dance-pop boy bands. Amazing lyrics, fantastic vibe, and what amounts to a sexy guy wet T-shirt contest, how do you go wrong? Gorgeous synths...Amazing stuff.
